Wow! Check out Jeff’s post at Politics In Alabama. It seems the Alabama Democratic Party never received Justice Department approval for the 1974 amendment to its bylaws that was used to disqualify Patricia Todd and Gaynell Hendricks.
This is an example of real bipartisanship — Jeff was aware of this requirement because he worked on amendments to the bylaws for the Shelby County Republican Party. Thanks, buddy!
