Hoyt and Royal were the beneficiaries of this sift in the Council. I honestly think it was a good thing since Smitherman shouldn't be Council President again after proving how much of a political ploy she has used the mayor chair over the past 2 weeks. Now I'm not a fan of whiny twerp Royal at all, but Smitherman needs to sit her political grandstanding butt down. Yeah, I knew it was the breakdown was incumbent versus the incoming.
