Rep. Patricia Todd Calls for Public Hearing on JeffCo Occupational Tax Bills

This is as it should be.  The Legislature has a process that must be followed regarding the introduction and disposition of bills (see here for House and here for Senate; they are basically identical).  Hearings are an important part of that process, and in circumstances like these, the public should have input.

You’ve got to be kidding!! Rep. Todd’s a joke!! What rock has she been under? She waits until the day “of” the start of the special session to call for this. She needs to go back to her cave she’s been in for the past two years and stay there. Apparently she doesn’t know what’s going on anyway!! IDIOT!!

Wow, that was certainly an impressive comment. Definitely added to the level of discourse.

Bwahaha, you might want to go back and take a civics course. She can’t call for a public hearing on the proposed bills until there are proposed bills. Which happens when they’re introduced in the legislature.

If I were you, I’d think twice before calling names.
