Surgery

It’s been quiet around here lately because I’ve been a bit under the weather. After several weeks of poking and prodding, it has been determined that I will be much better off without my gall bladder. So that sucker’s coming out tomorrow.

Ironically, I may have more blogging time on my hands for the next couple of weeks. And I’ll be doing it under the influence of pain meds. Woohoo! :)

    Hope it all goes smoothly.

    Thank you, Cindi!

For some reason, the line about blogging on meds made me think of a line from the prayerbook: “We await [your] coming in glory.”

I’m sure all will go well – enjoy a long recuperative rest! And we will enjoy whatever entertainment the “good drugs” produce. :)

I hope it was a “Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy” and that you’ll be good as new within a few days.

  6. Kathy says:

Don, it is supposed to be laparoscopic. We’ll find out soon. Surgery was scheduled for 10:30, but it’s just been moved to 9:00. The sooner the better AFAIC. Thanks for the good wishes!

  7. Late to the party, but I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts. :)

  8. Kathy says:

Thanks! The surgery went well, and I’m home “resting comfortably”.

Hi there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking
about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Many thanks

Butt with Coltelli cold steel, there is no such apprehension. Knife sharpening is a very usefdul skill and
it can be vry easy to sharpen your own knives at home, if youu
have the proper sharpening tools for your type of knife.
