It’s hard to enjoy that “extra” hour of daylight if you’re laid up following your heart attack, though.

I admit I enjoyed that extra daylight at the track yesterday. My sports watch doesn’t have a light, and the school has been turning out the track lights at 6 PM. It was nice not having to squint to see in the illumination that bleeds over from the baseball field.
I love being able to see daylight after work, but my body really does hate the change. It’s not much better in the fall, because for several days I’m waking up early anyway and not getting the “extra” hour.
