Oh, and I love the way oak leafs just make new oak leafs. I've seriously considered keeping a pot and a shovel in my car so I can stop by the side of the road and dig them out of the woods.

Thanks, B! I haven't tried any yellow tomatoes yet, but I like the idea of the two-tone salsa. Yum!

One of my Patio tomatoes in going red! Hard as a rock, but blushing. Can tomatoes sandwiches be too far off?

Have you tried any of the yellows. I have two varieties in the ground this year with promises to exchange yellow tomatoes for home made salsa with a friend of mine. It should make some very pretty salsa.

Love your lace top hydrangeas. I have plenty of Oak leaf, thanks to Mama Nature but I think I may go buy lace tops. Pretty, pretty, pretty.

Thank you very much. This is the kind of e-mail that I like best. The flowers and tomatoes are really pretty.

Will read more later. My nursing home friend has just called and told me that her husband had been taken to the hospital. She want me to take her to see about him.

I love you, Mama
