Even More Stuff To Do Tonight
I thought time was supposed to keep everything from happening at once, but not tonight. Add these two things to your list of possibilities:
- Book signing and discussion, Slavery By Another Name: The Re-Enslavement of Black Americans from the Civil War to World War II, Douglas A. Blackmon, 5:30 PM, Downtown Public Library (2100 Park Place).
- Photography Exhibit by artist Katy Awad, Symbols of Faith, a collection of photographs of the symbols of the diverse faith communities of Alabama, First Presbyterian Church Gallery (2100 4th Avenue North), public viewing and reception at 7:00 PM followed by an interfaith dialogue panel presented by the Alabama Faith Council. The exhibit remains open through the end of June.
I will, as usual, be at rehearsal.

So totally off the subject — but you want to read something entertaining - sad - funny - depends on which mood I’m in…..google Two Rivers Baptist Church Nashville. We have a calamity on our hands in Southern Baptist land.
