Snow!
We thought the whole thing was going to be a bust early this morning. We had heavy sleet during the night (it melted), but snow was nowhere to be seen. It finally started falling around 9 AM. There’s maybe an inch on the ground right now, just enough for the girls to sled down our front hill and make tiny snow people.
This is pretty pathetic by Northern and Midwestern standards, but we’ll take what we can get.

We had four 12-year-old boys spend the night for our son’s birthday party. The snowball fight this morning was legendary (by Southern standards).

The girls are about to head out for a snowball fight of their own. They’d better hurry — the snow is either melting or evaporating.

Just some freezing rain here. Bummer! Man, I was hoping for some white stuff!
