Drought Level Reduced from Stage 3 to Stage 2
The Birmingham Water Works today downgraded the area’s drought level from Stage 3 to Stage 2. That means we can all go back to running our sprinklers, washing our cars, taking really long showers, and generally wasting water till we find ourselves back in Stage 3 again. Meanwhile, perhaps the Water Works Board can get busy doing something about the 26% of our water that somehow leaks out of the system.

Hooray!!!!!!!! I am going to go take a long shower and run the water while I brush my teeth!! Maybe I’ll even hook up the slip and slide!
