Officials at Alabama’s Noccalula State Park are working to save wildlife and plants from the ravages of drought. Here’s a publicity shot of the falls from a Gadsden tourism site. It looks a lot like most of the other pictures you can find at Google Images.

Am I the only one who things Texas looks like a lot of fun right now.

I’m going to crawl out on a limb here and assume you’re joking. I kinda doubt the people there are having fun, particularly the families of the eleven who’ve been killed thus far.
I drove by Logan Martin yesterday, and it was looking bad. It’s a shame we can’t build a transparent aluminum tank* and use it to transport some of the flood water from Texas.
