He’s making us wait for it.  Danny at Doc’s Political Parlor reports that Sparks met with media guru Karl Struble while he was in Washington this week, where he was also “likely to” visit with the DNC.  OTOH, I heard a longtime Democratic insider say recently that Sparks wouldn’t challenge Jeff Sessions for his Senate seat unless he was unopposed in the Democratic primary.  State Sen. Vivian Davis Figures (D-Mobile) is also considering a run.

Stay tuned.  Jeff Sessions doesn’t own the seat, despite Dick Cheney’s attempt to buy if for him.
