To keep the Coosa river from flooding it????
one of my favorite bike rides goes up and over that mountain. i usually stop at the top and 1) catch my breath, 2) enjoy the view, and 3) wonder how much longer the area’s beauty will last.
guess i’ve got my answer.
Don, I’m guessing it’s intended to deceive the already gullible homebuyers (more dollars than sense) into believing they actually are special.
Wheeler, I sometimes think the developers in this state won’t be satisfied till every square inch of land has something built on it.
why gated? one wouldn’t want poor people to see a beautiful view – they might get uppity
