Rep. Jeff McLaughlin’s HB 120, the ban on PAC-to-PAC transfers, is scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee this afternoon, and Goat Hill Gazette is reporting that Lt. Gov. Jim Folsom will be there pushing for its passage. I hope the Gazette will live-blog the meeting; either way, I’ll keep an eye on it.
