She'd learned how in preschool, NATURALLY. When they answered I think she realized she'd gone too far and hung up. I was under the house dealing with a burst pipe at the time (big freeze) and only happened to field the callback from the 911 operator when I came in to get a flathead instead of a Phillips. They were NOT amused. I tried the "oh, these crazy kids!" approach but the guy was very pissy about it.
