Happy Birthday, Don! Your birth really is deserving of celebration, even because of the small way you’ve touched my life in the political blogosphere. If it weren’t for you, Don, no one would be talking about I&R and the politicos up on Goat Hill would be a little fatter and happier because of it. You’ve been a great source of information and friendship over the last few months. Congratulations on Number 73!
