Can You Say “Desperate”?
Roy Moore has asked the head of the state Republican Party to step aside till after the primary, claiming she favors Bob Riley. Want some cheese to go with that whine, Roy?

Because she (Twinkle??!?!!) dared to say that Riley had done a good job as governor the last year??? Good grief. Get a life, Roy!

So how much cross over support does Roy have? Are there a lot of Democrats planning to vote for him?

I sincerely hope not! The polls I’ve seen have only included “likely Republican voters”. Of course, some of those could be people like me who will vote in the Republican primary if necessary to vote against Moore. He does portray himself as a populist, and that may appeal to more conservative Democrats who also like his stand on “morality”. Okay, now I have a stomach ache.

Which was my point. Someone should be interviewing all likely primary voters to make sure this nut job doesn’t stand a chance. Then again, I seem to remember seeing some polling showing him losing the actual race if he were to win the primary, so it might actual be a good thing if he did win.
