DeLay Indicted
Tom DeLay has been indicted for criminal conspiracy by a Texas grand jury. I’m trying not to gloat, but it’s difficult. DeLay is either the most clueless idiot who ever walked the halls of Congress or he is a GIANT hypocrite who pounds other people over the head with “values” rhetoric while using his office and influence to get rich, travel for free to really nice places, and illegally funnel money to state Republican candidates. Guess which one I think he is….

Let me guess? You think he’s a hypocrite!!!! You’re preachin’ to the choir on that one. I have often said to anyone that would listen - my three year old doesn’t count, unfortunately - that he would be going down one day. He is so crooked I don’t know how his Repug friends talk about him with a straight face. I’m doing the happy dance!!!

He’s following the Newt Gingrich path, it seems, and trying to break a speed record. You can’t be that arrogant, that power-hungry, for too long before it bites you back.
Looks like his “temporary” replacement won’t be so temporary. I think the R’s will drop him like a radioactive potato, and start distancing themselves, ASAP. “Never met the man, actually…!”
Expect a new “terra alert” or news distraction of some kind in the next couple days. “Wait! over there! THEY FOUND NATALEE HOLLOWAY!”
